Kicking off the Adult Summer Reading Program, which was "Scare Up a Good Book," meant I got to share some favorite Creepy Classics in the SUMMER! A lovely, wonderful audience - very personable folks! We shared Poe's "Cask of Amontillado," Lovecraft's "Cats of Ulthar," "The Magnum" by Jack Ritchie, Japanese ghost story "Black Hair" by Brenda Wong Aoki, and Mary Howitt's classic "The Spider and the Fly." What a great start to the summer! BACK
